- Greenways/Knights Close: The matter with CBC regarding parking improvements to these areas within the parish in still ongoing. Cllr. Janes to obtain more details/plan regarding the proposals for this area and forward details to the Parish Council.
- Grass Cutting: Due to a number of concerns raised by the Parish Council regarding the quality of the CBC contractors cutting on CBC land, Cllr. Janes confirmed he will chase up CBC regarding the quality of the cuts. In addition CBC is also in the process of contacting the local farmers requesting them to cut back their hedging along parish roads/pathways.

Ban On HGV Vehicles Over 7.5 Tonnes Through Parish
The HGV application has gone out to consultation, awaiting decision.
Speedwatch
Speedwatch are to be carrying out more sessions in the near future. However they do have vacancies for volunteers to help with the speed checks. If you would like to get involved, please contact Cllr. Mark Tomkins, email [email protected] expressing your interest.
Neighbourhood Plan
The application for Eaton Bray’s Neighbourhood plan designation has gone out to consultation with CBC.
Football Pitches
The Parish Council have agreed to the continued use by EB Lions at The Rye Ground and Holmans Field and the club have been advised accordingly. The council wrote to residents (owner/occupiers) of properties directly affected by the two mini pitches at School Lane to obtain their opinion on the use of these mini pitches, the deadline for responses was extended to 30th June 2015.
