Public Open Forum
Concerns were raised regarding the state of the Parish roads and the Parish Council confirmed they are aware of the problems and are bringing issues raised to the attention of Bedfordshire Highways. Also issues were raised concerning airport expansion/new flight paths with the Parish Council confirming they are looking into this. Concerns were raised regarding dog fowling in the Parish, the Parish Council agreeing to look into the purchasing of additional Dog Hygiene Bins (i.e. for Holmans Field, Market Square, The Meads), but also wishing to highlight to dog owners that it is “an offence not to clear up after your dog”.
Signing of Minutes
It was agreed to accept the minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on the 3rd March 2008.
District and County Representatives
District Cllr Janes reported that he had received correspondence from residents regarding rubbish at the Chiltern View Site, confirming that it is managed by Bedfordshire County Council. The Parish Council asked District Cllr Janes to contact Beds County Council requesting they take on their responsibility for the site.
Police Representatives
PC Viv Dady presented crime statistics for the month of March:
10 recorded crimes/incidents and 1 harassment warning given.

GP Report and Signing of Minutes
It was agreed to accept the minutes of the General Purposes Working Group held on the 13th March 2008.
Standing Orders
The Parish Council Standing Orders were agreed and adopted.
Church Roof Fund
The Parish Council are to make a DONATION TO THE CHURCH ROOF FUND OF £100.
Drains
The problems being experienced with blocked drains in the village are being reported to the relevant authority.
Clerk
The Clerk requested items for the Annual Parish Meeting Agenda by Friday 25th April 2008.
Visit from Andrew Selous MP
Andrew Selous MP is planning to hold a surgery in Eaton Bray Parish on Friday, 18th July 2008 from 11:30am-12noon at The Coffee Tavern. He hopes to meet as many constituents as possible.
