Eaton Bray - Neighbourhood Plan

UPDATE: Please see the Neighbourhood Plan report printed within the FOCUS magazine.

Church Lane: Planning Notice displayed

The notice and map posted on site are there to notify the public that the landowner owns the land outlined on the map and doesn't intend to create any additional rights of way over their land; current rights of way are unaffected.

It does not require any action on behalf of the public but is simply for information purposes and to comply with the legislation set out by the government. You can find more information about the section 31 deposits at the following web page: www.defra.gov.uk/rural/protected/greens and www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1980/66/section/31.

Traffic Calming: Road traffic accidents/incidents in parish

The Parish Council are looking into traffic calming measures for the parish. One area that would assist the Council is data on the number of road traffic incidents, i.e. damage to parked cars by other road users, which occur on the parish main roads. If residents could report any damage to CBC, ensuring the matter is logged and obtain a log report number; this data would be of help to the Council when having to show a need to CBC for traffic calming measures within the parish. Thank you.

Overgrown Trees/Bushes

Another reminder by the Parish Council that residents need to ensure their hedges/bushes/trees do not encroach onto the public footpath, or block streetlights; please cut back any overgrowth to your property boundary line, allowing free access/visibility for footpath users.
