Christmas 2016

Once again the Parish Council organised for Christmas Carols & Brass Band to visit the village, lighted Christmas trees at the Coffee Tavern, two large Christmas trees purchased for display at Market Square/Three Corners and wreaths displayed along the road. Christmas has indeed come to Eaton Bray.

Overgrown Trees/Bushes

Once again the Parish Council wish to remind residents that they need to ensure their hedges/bushes/trees do not encroach onto the public footpath, or block streetlights; to ensure that they are cut back to their property boundary line, allowing free access/visibility for footpath users.

Housing Need Survey Letters

It was brought to the Parish Council's attention that a number of properties in the village recently received surveys on housing within the parish. The Council wished to reiterate that this is not a Parish Council survey, nor a CBC survey; but is believed to be a survey being carried out by a private developer.

Eaton Bray - Neighbourhood Plan

Please see the Neighbourhood Plan report printed in the FOCUS magazine, for an update on this matter.
