Affordable Housing
The Parish Council welcomed Mr. Dave Lakin from Grand Union Housing to the meeting. Mr. Lakin went through the procedures/steps that would have to be taken should the council consider the proposal of affordable housing within the parish. Members of the public were also invited to comment. The Parish Council agreed, in principle, for Grand Union Housing to investigate/put forward sites for possible development.
Bus Shelters
The Parish Council are looking into the repair/refurbishment of bus shelters within the parish; the Three Corners and the White House.
Standing Orders/Financial Regulations/Risk Assessment
The Parish Council reviewed and approved to accept the Standing Orders, Financial Regulations and Risk Assessment for 2014. The documents will be signed off at the Parish Council Meeting in May 2014 and available to view on the council website after that date.
