Summary of Minutes - Monday 6th February 2012

Central Beds Representative

Cllr. Mustoe informed the council that the request by the Parish Council to Highways to have a 20mph limit imposed on School Lane has been initially approved and Central Bedfordshire Council, Highways are now in the process of carrying out the required consultancy period for this change.

The Parish Council have requested the planning application for the development of land to the rear of the White Horse be called to committee and a site visit made.

Housing Needs Survey

The Parish Council would like to thank all residents who took the time to complete the Housing Needs Survey. The council are in the process of collating the information and a short report from the responses received will be compiled/published once complete.

Parish Council Meeting Date Amendment

The Parish Council would like to inform residents that their Annual Meetings will both now be held on:
Monday 14th May 2012, 7:00pm at the Coffee Tavern - Annual Parish Meeting followed immediately by the Annual Meeting of Eaton Bray Parish Council.

Next Council Meeting

Monday 5th March 2012, 7.30pm, in the Coffee Tavern.
