Summary of Minutes - Monday 4th July 2011

Central Bedfordshire

Ward Cllr. Marion Mustoe attended the meeting who confirmed that a site visit has been made in relation to The Paddocks planning application.

Miscellaneous Items

  • War Memorial: Residents raised concerns over the church placing banners on the railings in front of the war memorial. The Parish Council will contact the church office to ask for all banners/notices to be removed from this section.
  • Holmans Field - Bridge: Due to continual vandalism of the bridge leading from School Lane Recreation Ground into Holmans Field, the council are looking at a more robust replacement.
  • Eaton Bray Allotments: There will be the annual allotment inspection taking place in August/September in readiness for allotment renewals/payments due in October 2011.
    Standard allotment charges for the 2011-2012 allotment season are as follows:
    (1) Whole Plot £10   (2) Plot £7   (3) Plot £5   [please note; variances may occur]
