Villagers want new school

Eaton Bray parents were urged to attend a public meeting to launch a campaign for a new school building for the village.

The plans had been delayed repeatedly in the last 16 years.

Now campaigners hoped to ensure that the scheme would be kept in the 1984/85 building programme.
