Wallace Drive Road Condition

Wallace drive continues to be a patch work of poorly repaired pot holes on what is a busy road.
Obviously it needs completely resurfacing. Can anyone advise on how this issue is raised for consideration
I would also like to know how The Orchards, a quiet road, received full resurfacing of roads and pathways in recent years and only last year had all the street lights replaced
