Handrail for School Lane Car Park

Could the Parish Council now let me have a reply to my two previous requsts for a handrail at the entrance to the recreation ground from School Lane. This slope gets very dangerous when wet or icy and a number of villagers have had extremely nasty falls on this slope. It doesn't have to be anything fancy, just something for children,dogs and adults to cling to for saftey.
