Arriva Bus 61 service

It seems whenever we have any ice or snow it affects the 61 bus route through Eaton Bray and i wonder if it is affected by the stretch of road between Totternhoe Road Eaton Bray and Totternhoe which never gets gritted.  It is gritted up as far as the by pass turning but not any further leaving a stretch of about 200 plus yards up to the 'T' junction in Totternhoe which becomes an area of solid ice and snow and i wonder why, as this is a main bus route its not gritted.  Is there any way of finding out if this is why our service is affected so often or is there another reason?
