Looking to move into the area

Dear Eaton Residents.
Myself and fiancé are looking to move to the area and wonder if you can assist us with a couple of questions.

The first is, what is the industrial unit heading out of Eaton Bray on the left hand side a few hundred yards down The Rye?
Also, what is your broadband service like in Eaton Bray particularly at The Rye end of the village?  
We have noticed a couple of properties come up over recent months and wonder if there are any local issues we should be aware of.

Your feedback greatly appreciated.

Hi Matthew, We have had no major problem with our broadband this end of the village. The industrial unit you refer to is I think an agricultural building rather than industry. I have lived here for the best part of 40 years and cannot see ever moving away :) Best Wishes with your property search
