In memory of my late mother Janet Palmer I am taking part in a walk of 100km from London to Brighton. I am raising funds for Help the Hospices as a cause close to my heart. Setting off at 7.30am 12.5.12 we hope to complete the "walk" in 26 hours! Well I made it to the 64 km rest stop before injuries (from a spectacular fall in the dark :) and blisters took their toll. It took a mere 20 hours to get that far & I felt continuing to the finish would have been wreckless, so as I recuperate I am pleased to say 3 of the 7 in my team Scrambled Legs completed the walk. This is the hardest challenge I have ever participated in ... yet
