Cars Parked in a Field

Hi I live on Wethersfield road. I was just wondering whats going on in the field on the way in to Eaton Bray where all the cars are parked?
They have made a real mess of the road. I've now had two instance of cars just pulling out of the field without looking, one just to stop in the road? There is also, usually late at night, cars with their hazard lights on parked on both sides of the road just sitting there?
Is it a business?
