Stanbridge Ginger

Does any one have any information about  the families of stanbridge or ginger in this area?  I want to know who they were/ professions or anything about them rather  births marriages etc
Do example I have stanbridge ginger born 1768 with a connection through Mary ginger and William bird and the line can be traced to the 1500's just wondered if anyone knew what the family was like?
