I am researching James Marvel Rayner c.1650. Eaton Bray.
Same name has been past down through the generations.
Any info appreciated.

All Rayners we have spelt as transcribed.

Baptism
Aug 23rd 1635 Frances daughter of William & Joan Reyner.
Oct 20th 1636 James son of William Rayner.
Oct 8th or 18th 1640 John son of William Rainer.
Feb 20th 1644 William son of William Rayner.
Jan 2nd 1657 Mary daughter of William & Alice Reyner (Rayner).

Marriage
July 24th 1644 William Rainer (Rayner) to Joan Burre.

Dec 18th 1683 William Renur/Reyner/Rayner.
June 11th 1699 James Rayner of Dunstable Yeoman.
April 9th 1704 William Rayner/Reyner of Dunstable Innholder.

There is also an entry for James Reyner as a Church Warden in 1685-86 with the vicar being William Edridge.
