I'm having trouble finding relatives of William Heels born approx. 1851, son of William Heels and Mary Room
William married, Naomi Tompkins on 24.10.1872, his profession is a Bricklayer and his Fathers a Tea Dealer.
I cant find any siblings or record of him really before on any censuses, I think the census could have been miss transcribed as I have found Heyles or Huds.
I would really like to go further back or find his family if any one could help as my grandmother Brenda was a Heels and id like to find her direct lineage.

1871 census has Naomi living with William and Mary in Westernside Eaton Bray where Naomi is down as Neice.
William Jnr is lodging in Cowley/ Hillingdon in Middlesex with an Elizabeth Lucy age 74.
He is a Bricklayer and his name is transcribed as Halls on Ancestry.

Searching for 1841 census but can find nothing on William in Edlesborough or Northall. Will try Eaton Bray later.
Family tree on Ancestry gives William with parents John Heyles born Edlesborough c1793 and Elizabeth Pettifer who married 21st January 1814 in Edlesborough.

Tree gives children to William and Elizabeth as:
John Pettifer Heyles 1814
William Heyles 1817
Elizabeth Heyles 1821
All born Edlesborough.

Think your best bet may be to contact Buckinghamshire Records Office in Aylesbury.
They should have BMDs for Edlesborough.
Have emailed you.

Edlesborough's baptisms and marriages are available on www.familysearch.org under the IGI. The info is also on Ancestry.com. I looked up and there was an Elizabeth in 1819 not 1821 and an Eliza in 1821 as Heles.

had an update from some family member over the Heels in eaton bray. it relates to the Descendants of William Heels 1851.
its a document I got sent and in brackets next to his name it said (JOHN PETTEFORD3, JOHN2 HEYLES, THOMAS1)could these be the male line of his family?
I have had pettifer mention maybe down as petteford somewhere?
Jim, you said if I was still interested in then Heels to say, since receiving this document im even more interested as some of it also dates back along way and id like to validate it, thanks
