Cobb family

I find an ancestor left Eaton Bray in the 1700s to marry Mary Latt of Caddington and move to Sandridge in Hertfordshire. I wondered if there were still Cobbs in Eaton Bray. I know we go back to William Cobb born 1680    Rgds  Rita

I have a Ruth Cobb b 1849 in Eaton Bray who married David Irons in Dec 1874.
David Irons is a member of our family

Hi - I wonder if you might mean Mary Tatt? b1750 of Caddington? She married John Cobb, son of John Cobb and Ann Fleckney, who I think came from Eaton Bray. Their son Benjamin pops up in Sandridge which is the area where they meet up with others of my family. Any links with them would be much appreciated

Yes  Louis   it is a long time so I have Mary Tatt as an ancestor.  John went to Sandridge Herts. His son Benjamin married Susannah Robinson.His youngest son was also Benjamin who was born after his father died. Susannah her daughters Caroline , Mary  and Benjamin moved to Gustard Wood Wheathampstaed. he was 12 and was already working. The second benjamin married Sophia Young of Kimpton.. They were my great grandparents.    Best wishes Rita
