Main Hall & Stage
Dimensions & Capacity
The Main Hall is 9.0m (30') wide by 18.5m (60') long, heated, and has both LED and subdued lighting.
The additional stage area is raised 1m (3') above floor-level, 4.8m (16') deep and 9.0m (30') wide. It is curtained at the front and has adjustable stage lighting.
The hall has 22 tables, 220 chairs and has a capacity of 220 people.
Stage Facilities
Stage Size
The stage features a proscenium arch with a small apron. The proscenium arch is 6.9 metres (20 ft) wide and 3.04 metres (10 ft) high. The stage extends 4 metres (13 ft) deep behind the arch, and the front apron projects 1.2 metres (4 ft) in front of the main tabs.
The stage is equipped with a simple overhead grid.
Lighting
The stage can be illuminated using a series of overhead floodlights and two spotlights, all controlled by a simple, user‑friendly dimmer system.
In addition, the stage is equipped with a separate, versatile theatrical lighting system. This includes several pre‑wired lighting bars connected to a 24‑channel dimmer and a dedicated lighting desk.

Sound
The hall has a stereo sound system installed with inputs for external sources such as an iPod or Laptop and a radio microphone is also available.
Projection
There is a digital projection system installed which accepts inputs from laptops with a VGA output or the DVD player in the stage wings. Projection is onto a 13ft by 9ft electrically operated screen.
Mirror Ball
A mirror ball and coloured spotlights have been installed in the Hall to enhance the atmosphere for dances, parties, and other social events.
