Yew Tree Farm, owned by the Sharrett family until the late 60's. On this site stood the largest witch elm tree in the country, until it blew down in the gales of 1938.

This Moor End property, pictured here after the 1987 gales, was once a thriving little shop, run by Mr Chas Pearson, 1910.
